Main Difference Between
an Agent App & a Compnay App
What is the difference between an Agent App and A Company App?
There some small differences depending on who wants the app.
- If an agent, (here we mean it could be a Realtor or a Loan Officer), who wants his/her OWN app and the company may not be interested in getting the Company App. Then, the app is created just for him/her.
- The agent’s app has two options.
- Realtor App or
- Loan Officer App
- Each one has just about everything the same except for Loan -Lending feature added to create a Pre-Qualification letter from the app directly.
- Since an Agent belongs to a Company he/she has to show the company logo that he/she belongs to that company.
- If it is a company, then when a customer tries to sign up/register, he will see a list of Agents (Realtors or Loan Officers) that belong to the company. And he will have to choose one. If he decides not to choose an agent, then the lead goes directly to the owner/admin person. Then he can assign it to whoever he decides for that customer.
- The company owner will have access to the back-end and then he/she can assign access to the agents to have their own access with a password.
- In case of an agent, the agent directly has the access to the back-end and can manage everything from there.
