Even before the App is published or made live, we take several steps to ensure that the ASO (App Store Optimization) components are reviewed, researched and only then implemented.
Here are some of the components and more are looked at:
- Even if your business or service is either common or unique, naming the App is critical. Just to give an example using Zillow for Real Estate products and services, the name has nothing to do with real estate, homes or any related services. It is a unique name. Similarly Tiktok (which means ticking sound of a clock) has nothing to do with what they do.
- App linking with your website and products and services.
- App Title (explained above) and Subtitle is equally important (as explained above).
- Searching and selecting keywords that are absolutely FOCUSED and relevant and using them in every way possible.
- In-App Purchase – If there are FREE versions and PAID versions, we need to come up with different plans that will entice the customers to start with FREE and then switch to PAID version which creates monthly, quarterly or annual income stream for your business.
- If your business deals with certain events or marketing plans, we can create, that would be In-App Events. Currently, if you did not or have not thought about it, we can help you do that that will attract more customers.
- Ratings and Reviews: Once it is published, we will encourage customers and business associates to write some nice reviews. As one knows, before a person buys a product, he or she will do good research online and look for people’s reviews. Reviews can make or break your business in some cases, so we do not want to take chances.
- There are additional and related steps will be taken as we move forward in developing the app.
